 "El final de la guerra" La revista Arcadia le pidió a Sergio Jaramillo, Alto Comisionado para la Paz, "una reflexión sobre el momento que vive Colombia por cuenta de la desmovilización de decenas de frentes, de mujeres y de hombres, de la guerrilla. A pesar de que es un momento histórico como pocos, las ciudades parecen no darse cuenta de las dimensiones de lo ocurrido. ¿Por qué? " (Leer la reflexión)
